the location proved acceptable for accessing nearby restaurants.
The air conditioning was rather ineffective. during my stay, the room never cooled to a comfortable temperature, and i found myself rather warm at night. noise from the street below was quite noticeable even with the windows closed. It disturbed my sleep a bit.

The location was A plus. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious. The shower was great, and the staff proved very helpful and friendly. I received a map with locations to see, much appreciated. This helpful service.
The pillows were a bit large and firm, so i found It difficult to get comfortable some nights.

The hotel is in THE center. The street outside the hotel is full of restaurants and tapas bars. A plaza with taxis is very close to the hotel. Cathedral and Royal Chapel are within walking distance.

The staff was attentive to my needs. One person at the front desk helped me navigate the city. Staff assisted quickly with arranging a flamenco show with shuttle. The receptionist was very helpful with information and maps.

The breakfast had a good selection and tasted delicious. Ladies in the breakfast room were pleasant and funny. They were also respectful. I FOUND the breakfast to be a good value.

The location was very central. It was easy to access many restaurants. The staff gave me a map showing local attractions.
The air conditioning wasn't working effectively. Street noise from the nearby restaurants was intrusive because I could not close windows. The breakfast offered limited variety. The menu remained the same each day.
